Robosoft was founded in 1996 by Rohith and has grown from a startup operation to a medium-sized company. Earlier, he had worked at Recosoft Corporation in Japan and Larsen & Toubro in Bombay. Working at these companies exposed him to the latest technologies and internationalization issues on the Mac OS platform and helped him start Robosoft. Robosoft began as a 'Mac OS only' development company but later started working on products for the Windows and Web platforms. Rohith has successfully negotiated for projects from clients like Apple, Intel, Phillips, UMAX and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University.
Shylaja Rao

Shylaja joined Robosoft in 1998 and has contributed towards streamlining the operations of Robosoft from an entrepreneur-driven operation to a more structured organization. Robosoft's rapid growth left little time for its founder to look after these aspects and Shylaja's management skills helped Robosoft to be professionally managed. She also formed alliances on behalf of Robosoft with various government and industry associations, such as the Software Technologies Park of India (STPI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM). Shylaja represents Robosoft and client companies at these meetings and represents Robosoft Technologies at trade shows like MacWorld, World Wide Developers Conference, etc. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University.
Purushotham Bhat

Purushotham has been associated with Robosoft since its formative days in a consultative capacity and has been actively involved with Robosoft since 2000. He is responsible for the overall functioning of the development center. He is actively involved with vendor negotiations and nodal agency clearance processes.
Purushotham holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) and has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.

Ram joined Rohith in the early stages of Robosoft and is technically involved in all the projects at Robosoft. Project Managers and Project Leaders report to him. He also manages Robosoft's developer relationships with Project Managers at Apple, Adobe and Microsoft. He has a very deep understanding of the various software and hardware technologies. He also tracks the industry closely and anticipates issues with upcoming hardware/software compatibility before they become serious support issues for our clients.
Ram holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University. He was working as a professor at the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, before he joined Robosoft in 2000.
Sudheer Bhat

Sudheer is responsible for managing Robosoft's relations with its financial institutions, managing cash flows, investing funds and making provisions for the expansion-related expenses. He is also responsible for managing Robosoft's relations with the various government and nodal agencies.
Sudheer holds a degree in Commerce from Mangalore University. He has a background in insurance, debt markets and manufacturing industry. He has been actively associated with Robosoft since 2000.
