Local Communities - Social Welfare

The communities in which we operate are very important to us. Apart from having a genuine interest in the well-being of the local community, we believe that we have a duty to support local initiatives and fund-raising efforts, lend help and assistance to local schools, colleges and other organizations, and be a good corporate neighbor to those whom we share our environment with. The ingredients of social welfare are wide and varied and we work on a number of fronts to fulfill our responsibilities. We measure our performance, assess our impact and are committed to making further improvements.

Support for Education - Sponsorship and Donations

Robosoft encourages learning from an early age. While we believe that support for good causes involves more than just money, we do recognize the need of many organizations for financial support. We concentrate many of our efforts on supporting education - both in general terms as well as in the field of science and computers. Being in the high-tech sector, we wish to encourage the study of math and science; we understand that these subjects are fun and create opportunities for developing new technologies that can have a significant impact on the world.

Support is not always delivered in a financial way. A donation of computers and accessories was made to a local Women's First Grade College, helping them to set up a computer laboratory.

Additionally, we have donated and supported educational IT-related events like:

	IT quiz competitions
	Children's science and technology exhibitions
	Technical Fests

However, we do not restrict ourselves to the IT field only and have made several contributions to various other bodies such as:

	Sports Meet of several educational institutions
	Inter-school academic competitions
	Development Programs
