As you adventure through Albion, you must focus on improving the three most important attributes for success: Strength, Skill, and Will. Mastery of all three sets you on the path to greatness.
Weapons
The world of Fable is packed with weapons... some of which are legendary – unique items that are as famous to the people in the world of Albion as Excalibur is to us.
Characters
Here are a small selection of Albion's inhabitants who you will meet during your adventures. Maze: Maze is a father figure and helps to guide you on the search for your missing family. Lady Grey: The seductive, yet cruel mayor of Bowerstone. The Jack of Blades: You will hear many tales about this individual.
Creatures
There are tiny terrors swarm in large groups that make them a dire threat to young heroes, swift and deadly werewolf-like beasts, angry, towering giants that are found in dark areas and caves and much more. These deadly creatures will oppose you throughout your journey.

Imagine a world in which every choice and action determines what you become. Your skills, appearance and even your morality all change in real time based on every little thing you do. This is the world of Fable.

Orphaned as a child when bandits raid and destroy your village, you are rescued by the sorcerer Maze and delivered to the Guild of Heroes. Here you train with fellow apprentices, competing to join the Heroes’ ranks.

To discover the reasons behind your family’s murder and the destruction of your village, you must explore the world of Albion, from rural villages and murky swamps to the highest mountain peaks. However, the task ahead of you will not be an easy one...

The Mac version is the result of a successful collaboration between Feral Interactive and Robosoft. A short write-up on the game itself is available on the Apple website.
