RoboHMS is a flexible, easy-to-use, cost-effective system which has been designed to deliver conceivable benefits to hospitals.

Allows to have total control over patient registration, bed allotment and transfer of patients between wards and beds. Lets you view services availed by a patient and maintain treatment and nursing notes. Generates discharge summary & other statutory reports.

Out-Patient Department

Out-Patient department activities made easy
Lets you schedule consultant appointments and lab appointments, maintain medical observation details and track patient info. Makes viewing doctors’ consultation timings and viewing various types of lab tests and test reports an easy task.

Central Store

Complete Inventory management
Maintains full details of all items in inventory, its suppliers, purchase details, and much more. Handles multiple stores and tracking of item movement between different stores and generates reports for stock in hand, purchased stock, stock movement, expired drugs, etc.

Pharmacy

Control Pharmacy workflow
Handles issue and return of items from the Central Store and generates reports for stock in hand, slow-moving and non-moving products, stock movement, etc. Generates pharmacy bills, provides alerts on low quantity and expiry of items, displays stats, and much more.

Laboratory

Complete control over laboratory functionalities
Gives complete control on laboratory functionalities like scheduling for lab tests, comparing test result with previous visits’ test reports, and entering test results, etc. Provides alerts on abnormal test results and makes your reports available to physicians online.

Operation Theatre

OT management at a click
Controls OT functionalities easily. Allows to schedule surgeries, check availability of slots and dates and generate operation dossier for surgeries. Keeps track of pre-operative, operative and post-operative records and handles both in-patients and out-patients conveniently.
