In this stage, we help participants understand the user’s needs and problems by observing, engaging, and empathizing with the target audience and create user personas. Some of the Empathizing techniques used are:

Define

In this stage, analysis of the observations and synthesis is done to define the core problems and identify the product vision. Some of the Defining techniques used are:

Mapping User’s Journey

Ideate

In this stage, we help participants identify innovative solutions to the problem statement created, and also start to look for alternative ways of viewing the problem. Some of the Ideating techniques used are:

Brainstorming
Prioritization Ideas Mapping using Prioritization matrix
Creating sample App maps

Prototype

Prototype

In this stage, the design team and clients co-create rapid Prototypes for a sample user journey. The solutions are implemented within the prototypes, are investigated and either accepted, improved, or rejected based on the users’ experiences. Some of the Prototyping techniques used are:

Rapid prototypes on paper/board
Low fidelity Wireframes

Test

In this stage, Designers or evaluators rigorously test the complete product or MVP using the best solutions. User acceptance testing is done in this phase with moderators evaluating their reactions and expressions. Some of the Testing techniques used are:
