ABG observed that their customers were rarely utilizing the reward points on their credit and debit cards, as keeping a track of all the offers was cumbersome and time consuming.
The idea was to develop an app that would help customers optimize their credit and debit card spendings, while finding them the best offers to maximize savings.
ABG partnered with Robosoft to build an intuitive app that supports 40+ major card issuers and banks. It helps bring savings into a users routine, by allowing one to draw benefits through tracking and notifying timely offers on multiple cards.
The app ensured security of user data with SSL encryption and gave users the ability to monitor transactions with live feeds of their account activity.
The app suggests the best card for maximum in-store benefits and creates relevant offers based on the customers’ spending patterns.
It also analyses user activities like shopping and dining out behaviour, in order to optimize card usage.
The MAXIT @ MyUniverse app notifies the users of the best offers at the right time and place
