We are seeking a high-performing Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our modern web applications and microservices. This role is designed for a developer who excels in the Laravel/Inertia/Vue ecosystem but also possesses the architectural depth to build lightweight, high-speed APIs using the Slim Framework.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle—from designing complex MySQL schemas and writing utility-first CSS with Tailwind, to managing serverless logic in AWS Lambda and automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines.  

Responsibilities:

• Backend Engineering: Architect and maintain robust applications using Laravel for core business logic and Slim Framework for high-performance microservices, PSR-compliant middleware, and lightweight APIs.  
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain complex MySQL databases. Write efficient queries, manage indexes, and ensure data integrity within an AWS RDS environment.  
• Modern Frontend Architecture: Build reactive, seamless Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Vue.js and Inertia.js. Create highly maintainable and responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS.  
• Asset Bundling & Tooling: Manage frontend build processes and development workflows using Vite, ensuring rapid HMR and optimized production bundles.  
• Cloud Infrastructure: Provision and manage AWS resources including EC2 for hosting, S3 and CloudFront for global asset delivery, and AWS Lambda for event-driven background tasks.  
• Observability & DevOps: Implement system monitoring and centralized logging using AWS CloudWatch. Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable, automated code releases.  
• Technical Leadership: Lead peer code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and champion SOLID principles and Clean Code standards across the stack.  

Requirements:

• PHP: 5–8 years of professional experience. Expert knowledge of Laravel and experience with Slim.  
• Database Expertise: Deep proficiency in MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.  
• Frontend Stack: Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and Vue.js skills. Expert-level proficiency in Tailwind CSS and Inertia.js.  
• Build Tools: Strong experience with Vite, NPM/Yarn, and Composer.  
• AWS Ecosystem: Practical experience with:  
  • Compute: EC2, Lambda.  
  • Storage & CDN: S3, CloudFront.  
  • Database: RDS (MySQL).  
  • Monitoring: CloudWatch.  
• Performance: Experience with caching layers like Redis and optimizing web performance. 
• Workflow: Expert knowledge of Git and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins).
