Engineering and Emerging Technologies
We are excited to find an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and help us drive a successful project outcomes.
MEA
We have an established, active account that requires dedicated senior attention and a significant UAE expansion opportunity that is ready to be unlocked. The person we hire will walk in on Day 1 with a warm existing client relationship and build a strong pipeline of accounts from his/her existing CXOs relationship in MEA market for FY26-27 & beyond with LEAP 2027 as the activation event. This is a high-ownership, high-impact commercial role for someone who wants to define how a world-class technology company enters and grows in the Gulf. The identified individual has to be independent and self-motivator with immense support provided by the team residing in other offshore locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Qatar portfolio — C-suite relationship management, expansion pipeline and commercial governance on an active enterprise account
- Activate UAE enterprise accounts — Abu Dhabi government sector (ADNOC, ADIB, Abu Dhabi Tourism), Dubai BFSI and Travel & Hospitality and Build a strong pipeline of accounts from his/her existing CXOs relationship in MEA market for FY26-27 & beyond.
- Position and demonstrate ARIA AI solutions (Robosoft’s AI suite) independently — run AI Opportunity Assessment workshops with CTOs and Digital Officers; this is a techno-commercial role, not a pure relationship management role
- Build the KSA pipeline — establish senior relationships with MBC Group, Al Rajhi, Saudi National Bank and key Vision 2030 digital programmes; target LEAP 2027 as the entry event
- Lead RFP and commercial negotiations across UAE, Qatar and KSA — fixed-price engagements, AMS managed services retainers and AI platform deployment proposals
- Navigate GCC commercial and payment governance — PO management, milestone billing and C-suite alignment across both public and private sector accounts
- Represent Robosoft at GITEX Dubai, LEAP Riyadh and MEA enterprise technology events — building brand presence and pipeline in a region where Robosoft is entering with strong credentials
Provide market intelligence feedback to the SVP Sales — competitor positioning, client buying patterns and MEA-specific commercial dynamics
The AI Angle
Every senior commercial conversation in the MEA market now starts with AI. Robosoft's ARIA platform and ADLC methodology are differentiated specifically for the GCC context — governance-first AI deployment that moves from assessment to production from months (earlier) to no of weeks (now). In MEA, the specific plays are:
- BFSI: AI-powered Virtual RM and wealth advisory, Agentic AI for KYC/onboarding, LLM-based customer engagement, predictive analytics
- Travel & Hospitality: AI-driven guest personalisation, intelligent booking and revenue management, Agentic AI for operations, Big Bus Tours as live reference
- Government: Smart city digital platforms, AI-enabled citizen engagement, document intelligence and workflow automation
- Media & Entertainment: OTT platform development and AI-driven content personalisation for the GCC streaming market
You will conduct ARIA AI Opportunity Assessment workshops as the primary entry motion for new accounts — a structured, paid engagement that identifies AI deployment opportunities and converts to a larger programme.
Requirements
- GCC market experience is mandatory — minimum 5 years selling enterprise technology at the C-suite level in UAE, Qatar, or KSA; reference-able wins
- Existing C-suite relationships in at least one of: UAE BFSI (ENBD, ADIB, FAB, Mashreq), UAE Travel & Hospitality (ENOC, Emaar, Jumeirah), Abu Dhabi government sector, or Qatar enterprise
- Technically articulate — you can present an AI transformation narrative to a CIO or Digital Officer without technical support in every meeting; comfortable with ARIA and ADLC positioning
- Culturally adept across the GCC — equally effective with Indian professional networks (dominant in UAE private sector) and Arabic-speaking government stakeholders; Arabic language is a significant advantage
- 12–15 years enterprise B2B technology sales — professional services, digital transformation, AI platforms, or managed services
- Strong command of GCC commercial structures — government RFPs, PO governance, fixed-price bids and AMS retainer contracts
- Resilient and entrepreneurial — you are comfortable building pipeline from scratch; you do not rely on inbound marketing to generate opportunities
Preferred / Good to Have
- Arabic language — spoken and written; opens government sector conversations that are closed to English-only candidates
- Prior experience at a digital product engineering, AI platform, or Media, BFSI-focused technology firm operating in the GCC
- Existing relationships at Abu Dhabi government sector entities — ADNOC, ADIB, ADGM, Abu Dhabi Tourism
- GITEX Dubai or LEAP Riyadh presence — established network from prior participation at major GCC technology events
- KSA market exposure — MBC Group, Al Rajhi, Saudi National Bank, or Vision 2030 digital programme experience
- Understanding of UAE ADGM / DIFC regulatory frameworks — relevant for Financial Services account conversations
