We are seeking a Senior Contentful Developer to architect, implement and govern a scalable, multilingual CMS ecosystem using Contentful.

This role requires a strong blend of CMS architecture expertise, hands-on implementation skills and a deep understanding of content governance and SEO best practices. 

The ideal candidate should be able to design scalable, multilingual content structures while seamlessly integrating Contentful with frontend applications and optimizing content delivery. Additionally, the role demands a keen focus on accessibility, workflow management and performance to ensure a robust and user-centric content ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

CMS Architecture

• Design structured content models
• Implement multilingual architecture (initially 2 languages, scalable to 10+)
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC)
• Define content workflows (approval processes, audit trails)

SEO & Content Governance

• Configure SEO fields (meta titles, descriptions, slugs, Open Graph)

• Set up preview environments

• Establish publishing workflows

Integration

• Integrate Contentful APIs (Delivery/GraphQL) with frontend applications

• Optimize content delivery via CDN

• Manage environment configurations (sandbox and production)

Accessibility & Media

• Ensure WCAG-aligned content structure

• Implement media management best practices

• Optimize asset delivery

Requirements:

• 6–9+ years’ experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Contentful
• Experience designing structured content models
• GraphQL and/or Contentful Delivery API experience
• Multilingual content implementation
• SEO best practices knowledge
• Workflow and governance setup experience
• Experience with tourism or e-commerce platforms is a good to have
• Headless CMS architecture experience is a good to have
