The guests are assigned dynamic QR Codes which they can use to enter the premises and access the specified facilities. These include booking a meeting room, private suite etc. We also did third-party integrations with a carpooling service, Quick Ride, for hassle-free transportation within the IT park.

We introduced IoT and QR Codes in their PMS to ensure proper management of their parking facilities. QR Codes act as a fail-safe in case the Automatic Number Plate Reader (ANPR) fails. Each guest/tenant is assigned a unique QR Code upon booking a parking space.

Proptech solutions
We built the admin portals for CapitaLand India and Tenant Admins and configured the necessary features on the mobile app. The solution not only provides the building info but also provides navigation and virtual tours to the user. The use of VR technology enables the tenants to customize the conference hall/booked space according to their liking. The solution also took care of other customer facing events in the IT parks such as business events and promotions, visitor parking, and leasing facilities of coworking spaces with a proper payment gateway. We also revamped CapitaLand India’s ‘Fix it’ incident management system with the ability to raise and resolve tickets. We took special care of regulatory compliance by introducing the ‘Fire warden’ feature which is used for regular fire drills and ensures safety for tenants and visitors. The introduction of dynamic QR Codes in their security guard app ensures proper attendance maintenance of visitors with assigned badges.
