BACKGROUND
TechnoPro Inc. is a major technology and engineering staffing group based in Japan, operating a portfolio of corporate websites, campaign microsites, and landing pages across its group companies. As its digital presence expanded, so did the complexity of keeping it coherent, performant, and commercially useful.
The business had clear ambitions: greater visibility into how users were behaving across its platforms, stronger marketing execution, and content operations that could move at the pace the market demanded. What it lacked was the infrastructure to get there.
Robosoft, part of the TechnoPro group, took on the engineering remit directly. Over more than three years, that engagement has grown from website management into a full-spectrum digital program spanning analytics, AI-supported content, and engineering excellence at scale.
THE CHALLENGES
Addressing the
critical gaps
TechnoPro's digital footprint spans 20+ websites and digital properties across its group companies, each with its own requirements, stakeholders, and release cadences. Keeping that estate modern, consistent, and commercially effective while simultaneously delivering new features, campaign pages, and custom integrations demanded engineering capacity that stretched beyond what the internal team could absorb alone. Without a reliable partner, delivery timelines and quality would have been the first casualties.
The existing analytics setup was partial at best. Conversion events, file downloads, CTA interactions, and full user journeys were either untracked or inconsistently captured. Marketing decisions were being made without the data to support them, and campaign budgets were being deployed without reliable insight into what was actually working, or what was being wasted.
Every new page required significant engineering involvement. For a marketing function that needed to move quickly – launching campaigns, testing messaging, and responding to commercial opportunities. This dependency created a constant bottleneck as speed was being sacrificed at every turn.
As the engagement expanded in scope, the business needed confidence that delivery quality wouldn't be compromised by volume. For a business managing multiple live properties with active marketing programs, a slip in delivery standards would have had direct commercial consequences.

THE ROBOSOFT SOLUTION
Robosoft's engineering team took full ownership of TechnoPro's multi-site WordPress ecosystem, delivering enhancements, campaign pages, custom integrations, and performance improvements across the full portfolio. Reusable UI components accelerate future launches while maintaining consistency, and CMS capabilities were extended so non-technical teams can manage content independently.
A comprehensive measurement framework was implemented across Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Pardot, tracking 10+ custom events including form submissions, file downloads, CTA clicks, pop-up interactions, and landing page conversions. Conversion tracking was also configured for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Yahoo Ads campaigns, giving the marketing team a unified view of performance from first touch to conversion. For the first time, TechnoPro's marketing decisions could be grounded in complete, reliable data.
Rather than treating AI as a shortcut, the team designed a structured content workflow embedded directly into the CMS. The system produces SEO-ready page copy, metadata, image prompts, and reusable content blocks with human editorial review built into every step. Content that previously required significant engineering involvement can now be initiated by the marketing team and published in a fraction of the time, without compromising brand consistency or SEO quality.
GitHub Copilot was adopted across the engineering team to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and reduce time spent on debugging and review. The practical effect: the team absorbed a significant expansion in scope, including 5+ additional capability workstreams, without a proportional increase in headcount or delivery timelines.

Clear outcomes
that drive

TechnoPro's marketing team was once making decisions on incomplete data, allocating campaign budgets without knowing what was driving results and what was draining them. That has changed. With 10+ custom conversion events now tracked across the full digital estate, including form submissions, file downloads, CTA interactions, and landing page conversions, and with unified visibility across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Yahoo Ads, every campaign decision is now grounded in complete, reliable data. Marketing is no longer operating on instinct. It is operating on evidence.
The combination of a reusable component library and a self-service CMS has removed the engineering bottleneck that once slowed every campaign. The marketing team can now take a brief from concept to live page without waiting on development resources. Engineering effort has been redirected to work that actually requires it.
Publishing used to mean engineering involvement at every step. It no longer does. The content workflow puts marketing teams in the driving seat: the system handles the first draft; human editorial review ensures quality, and the result goes live faster and more consistently than before. The workflow is built to scale, which means every campaign, every market, and every new property can follow the same repeatable model.
Three years of continuous work has produced something that cannot be replicated quickly: a team with deep working knowledge of TechnoPro's systems, stakeholders, and standards. There is no re-briefing, no ramp-up time on new initiatives. That accumulated understanding reduces friction, accelerates delivery, and allows both teams to move with confidence.
